I am one of your permanent customers, who is very angry with the food this time! Actually, the dish was not in a delicious condition like before and I don’t know why the soup was too cold! Besides, the main food was not cooked completely and we honestly hated the taste. For more my main food was not well cook and I hated it was so sour.

Also, when me and my guests arrived the restaurant, we didn’t received a warm greeting from your team, plus the bad behaviour! Do you know how long we was there to get our desserts and the appetiser. In fact, I am not happy about your team’s service and all members were acting not hospitably in front of the guests.

In generally, I only want you to give my money back if possible. And I would be cheerful if you challenge your team to be hardworking and better after this.

Dear the manager,

I am writing this quick email to express my sadness about the food quality of your restaurant. Such as the main dish, the dissatisfying flavour of both the cheese and the appetiser. To be honest I did not like the taste of the food last Monday especially since it was overly sour in a way that me and the whole family could not end it. Besides the team of your restaurant was not acting hospitably in front of customers including me, your occasional client.

On the other hand, I had got angry due to the annoying service in your place. Actually, the staff were extremely impolite and late to bring our orders.For example we had to wait for a couple of minutes to take our ordered food and even each time we should remind the waiter of our orders! We were waiting an unusually long time to take our bowls of soup with a warm bread. Additionally the behaviour of the whole team was not great and they acted so late! In the end, I would admire it if you provide me with a refund. And please talk to the staff to act more politely in front of the customers!

Dear Prime Restaurant manager, My name is John Doe, and I am writing this email with regard to booking a table for five people in your restaurant at 8p.m. last Monday. Surprisingly, I am dissatisfied with the food service and the general behaviour of your staff members! Regarding the food, the main dish, lamb steak, was not as well-done as announced in the order note, which was unfortunately followed by an entirely cold soup as the appetiser. Additionally, my mother is lactose intolerant and we had specifically let the waiter know, however, we could find cheese in the salad!

What made me even more disappointed was how my close friends’ expectations were completely contradicted by the poor service we observed, the staff were inattentive, impolite, and frequently late in serving food. About last Monday for instance, I had reserved a table for four but I was accommodated with a table of three initially after waiting for 30 minutes at the entrance!

I would greatly appreciate your immediate attention to the issues described above. I kindly request to assign more experienced staff with better hospitality training and a customised food menu for allergic customers. Please also provide the staff with clear guidelines to ensure every guest has a pleasant experience. Thank you for considering the concerns I have shared.

I think we should try to have a great shopping mall in the city because it has a lot advantage for the people who living here for several reason that I’m going to talk about in following paragraphs.

At first, in this area, we don’t have a large supermarket with everything in it and we have to travel too much to buy many thing of different type. For example, last weekend, I wanted to buy apples for my guests but I was out for one hour to find it. But, as you know, we have a big recreational park that include sport complex, a large shopping zoo and green space in the centre for young people.

Secondly, I guess this undeveloped area is not enough for expanding a green space , but if the government builds a mall with many floors, it would be better and the area is enough for this purpose. Actually I was reading the space size in a magazine last week and found that it was not adequate for it.

At the end, I myself would prefer having a shopping Complex to let people to have accessible to everything they like. And according to these reasons I think it is a popular and best idea to think about having a shopping mall in the area. Thank you for letting me to write and give my idea about the future of the area.

Again this was my own opinion and I will follow what is made a decision for the future.

a recreational park is a necessary part of a developed town, and I think building it in the area is much better than having a shopping Complex.

Firstly, I heard that the government has constructed a shopping mall with a playground and cinema around the town ,although it is in a faraway place, therefore, reconstructing a complex of these requirements is a waste of time and money. So because of this initial reason I don’t think building a shopping mall and movie theatre is a great idea now.

Also, I think having a site with equipment for exercising and enjoyment is more important as it encourages young people and adult. Moreover ,many people love having pets at homes in our neighbourhood because most of them are young and so they are happy about this matter. So this is nice action to familiarise them with the ways of keeping animals in zoos.

Finally, according to the reasons, I would prefer to have a Park rather than a mall because it would have many advantages for our town.

Personally, I believe building a recreational Park would be a more appropriate choice. Even though the centre does not currently have shopping facilities like restaurants and supermarkets nearby, having an entertainment complex certainly offers more benefits in this age for our place! To begin, as a majority of people in the area figure out, the youth accounts for more than half of the residents,approximately 6500 numbers out of 10000, who are suffering from unhealthy habits like smoking, eating unhealthily etc… However a complex with strong equipment for exercising is a positive solution.

Furthermore, a Park is a nice choice as it amazes various age groups from a two-year-old child to a middle-aged person, but I don’t think a movie theatre can fill all people’s free time. Since nowadays the popularity of theatres is not similar to the past period. For instance, according to the recent statistics I was studying in an online site, the rate of visiting movie theatres and offline grocery shops has declined by 35.7 percent per year. Completing the meaning of the sentence, I believe individuals mostly intend to purchase online rather than waiting in long queues in offline shops.

Considering these mentioned reasons, I reckon having a well-equiped Park is of higher significance and usage these days. Again, this is my personal opinion, and I will support whatever decision is made.
