Dear manager,

First, I am very happy about the good quality of your things, especially clothes, but I felt sad and too dissatisfied about the not enough space for the cars in the parking lot. Actually, this problem has been available for month and I don’t like this issue a lot. Because each time I intend visit the mall inside to buy something, I am thinking about how to find a small slot in the parking lot instead I focus on the requirements. This is annoying not for me but also for all customer and you will lose the clients if continue this hassle.

Also, when my family and me think to buy something from the mall, we do not want to visit your shopping area because we are sure it won’t be enough place for our private car. So, we refuse to come to your complex. And I think this is all peoples trouble so they don’t want to walk in anymore. Lastly, what I believe that can help you if you try to build another floor, you can save your clients. Or you can make the garage bigger in the future. I think here a technical plan by an experts can help you to solve the problem as soon possible.

Dear shopping mall manager,

I’m one of your permanent customers who is very disappointed about the limited parking space at your mall. In fact, this small parking lot has made us unable to arrive to the mall on time and because of this we typically leave the mall without buying something.

For instance, last week my parents and I spent more than 10 minutes looking for a parking space but couldn’t find a good one for our car, so we left the mall without shopping. In general, we are unhappy about this situation because it wastes our time. If you would not solve this important problem, I may decide to not purchase from your shopping mall anymore.

I would be really glad if you expand the parking lot in the future. Or add another floor to the garage. Thank you very much for your considerations and I hope this problem is solved as soon as possible.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and unhappiness with the lack of space in the parking lot, logically not corresponding with the number of clients and their vehicles.

Honestly, each time my family and I plan to visit the mall, we feel anxious about finding a parking spot rather than focusing on our shopping. This ongoing inconvenience has discouraged us from visiting as often as we used to. For instance, last weekend I visited the mall to buy something, however, after being unable to find a parking spot, I became frustrated and left the mall without making a purchase.

Respectfully, I guess this problem will not be resolved soon unless you plan to set a prohibition sign for single- passenger cars. Or considering an expansion of the existing parking structure to accommodate more cars.

I eagerly look forward to seeing improvements to the parking facilities that will better serve all visitors, including my family.

I would like to say to keep the restaurant and don’t add any childcare centres in the workplace because of some following reasons. Nowadays, I think there are many facilities like taking care of the children around the city, and there is one particular kind behind our office. In this way, if the company decide to replace the food court with it, it is waste of both time and money. Because the existence of a restaurant in each company is very important so keeping the restaurant has more advantages for the workers and employers.

After that, in general, having a such a facility inside workplace is very amateur. Parents are very sensitive with their children and of it is constructed, it will destroys the focus of the workers in duty. For example, a mother should visit her kid all the times and will not think carefully in the job. So, these are the reasons why it is not a good think to change the food court and build a childcare place instead.

I am very happy for the time and chance you gave to me to share my personal idea about it as a member in the office. I hope a nice decision is made for the future. And I am ready to help you anything you want from me.

I think we had better replace the restaurant with a great childcare centre for some reasons. I know the restaurant is too popular among workers, but the lack of a childcare facility is feeling more. At first, when you look around the office, there are several restaurants with delicious foods, so the workers don’t suffer from this issue. However, parents are nervous about their children and some cannot leave them alone at home. So, they decide not to work and stay at home, which is very difficult for women.

Secondly, I think if the company thinks about building a childcare facility, it gets more international and unique among other foreign offices. I think there are only countless offices with these things.Therefore, it is awesome for the future office and it helps it to become more and more famous in the world. Because of these reasons, in my opinions,removing the restaurant and building a care complex is nicer. In the end, I want to thank the management for letting me attend the survey and I hope any decision is useful for our company.

From my point of view, replacing the simple food court in our office with an incredible childcare facility is a better choice. Although the access to a restaurant at the workplace is convenient option, the existence of a chamber for childcare is more important, especially in today’s world.

To begin, as you are well-informed, when parents’ thoughts are with their demanding children persistently, they are not able to entirely concentrate on what their responsibilities force them to serve. Therefore, if the office steps to provide a safe and proper place for taking care of the employees’ kids with experts, it has a safe and proper place for the future!

Moreover, a restaurant is not too necessary in complex offices like ours as the managers let the workers have their meal break, which is properly adequate to have a lunch or breakfast outdoors. It should be noted that near our workplace, there is a great food court serving everything! Considering these reasons, I assume we do not really need a restaurant more than a childcare facility.
