Dear Mr. Johnson,

I am a student of this college, John Doe and want to write this email to talk about the 2000$ budget from college. Actually I study electricity at college. I am the Bachelor degree student. I have started to study this major since 2023 and this is my last year. This major gives me informations about electricity powers and the safety of inside building. Because I am always the person lead other people and I have loved this major from my childhood, I want to continue it.

The reason I want studying is my interest and above all my favourite lesson type. Also when I was a child I am caring people’s a lot because many accident happened about electricity at houses becasue of lack of enough education about the field.

If I want to write about my scores and how well is my performance I am able to refer my grades in all of lessons especially the hardest ones. I haven’t got any scores less than 17 from 20 because when a person love something he should study and like to pursue because of everything.

At the end, I like to study the PHD to complete my course. And I am going to establish a workshop for poor people to talk about the dangerous problems of electricity if they don’t care a lot.

I hope you help me to get the 2000 dollars for my college payments.

Personally, I like to keep the time of the classes at evenings because I think it has more benefits for student to keep and change the times is negative because of some reasons.

At first, when we keep the classes 3 hours one day on week we can have more chance spend to study for other subjects. Since you know the semester is hard and important it has many effect for future of us. But if we divide the classes, we are at school late and don’t have enough time to study and learn our exams next day.

Secondly, it is bad for me because if the school change the evening classes time I cannot be with my family more on two days but one day is great since it gives me the chance to be with my favourites more time actually.

So because of these reasons I believe keeping this condition is better for me and most student.

To be honest, I would recommend changing the time of the evening classes from 3 hours to 1.5 in two days due to some reasons.

Firstly, with this change, we can spend more time with our families. For example I always arrive home in 7 p.m every Tuesdays and can’t have fun more with my little sister. And I am sure you have the same problem as me with this issue.

In the other hand, if you think deep, you can figure that we don’t have enough time to study for our next day’s exam and give less scores on the test. Therefore, we are making our parents disappointed and less happy about our future education in university. Since this term is the last one and we are going to entering the university. So it makes the matter more vital for us.For example last week I arrived late to house and only studied a little for the test. Consequently I didn’t achieve my expected score.

So, because of these logical reason, I believe changing the evening classes time is better for us. We will soon noticing the effects well.

Personally, I would likewitch the current schedule from one 3-hour evening class per week to two 1.5 - hour classes in a week considering some strong reasons. Indeed, although our previously - planned schedule itself seems suitable as it takes one evening of our routine curriculum, dividing the class to two less times offers more benefits for the following reasons.

To begin, all students might agree that Tuesdays are especially difficult with the extra 3 hours. Nonetheless, if the school management shorten the duration to 1.5 hours a long with two sessions over two days, we are certainly able to save more time to concentrate on our next day’s both subjects and oral exams. Additionally, due to the evening time of our class implementation, we always stay outdoors late at night, aking our parents feel more anxious. Moreover, the decision of holding evening classes on two days possibly allocates more time to set aside with our beloved family. Imagine how emotionally effective it will be if we arrive at home soon!

Considering these reasons, I strongly intend not to preserve the current schedule and change it for the better as soon as possible.

Again this is my personal thought on the issue and I will support whatever decision is made by the authority.
