Dear Construction Team,

I am writing this email to inform the dangers explore on my neighbourhood which brought from your company’s constructions. I live across from the elementary school where is near by the constructions section. There does not have any safety fence around to keep children away from unexpected injure and a lot of noise has been made by the construction.

Due to what I have been seen for the construction area, children might get hurt accidently when they are passing by the section because of the missing fence. Meanwhile, the construction is creating a lot of noise during the daytime, which increase the difficulty for students to focus on learning in the class.

I would recommend your team to add safety fence in the area as soon as possible to prevent anyone gets hurt before accident happens. In addition, adjust the construction time to summer break or process on the weekend because it is less students at school during the period. It is more safe for your workers and children also reduce the noise while they are studying. I would appreciate it if my suggestions could be taken into consideration.

I am writing to suggest some measures that one of your construction sites can adopt, so that it can be safer and cause less disturbance to the surrounding neighborhood.

I live across from the Riverdale Elementary School in East York, where one of your construction teams is currently working outside to fix the road. Unfortunately, I noticed that the construction site does not have a safety fence around it. In addition, the construction work starts from 9 am to 11 am, which is the typical school hours

. I am concerned because the site could pose extreme dangers to the pedestrians, especially students of the said elementary school who need to walk past the site to go to school or back home every day. Besides, the construction site is quite noisy during class. Children may therefore have difficulty learning in class.

As a result, I would like to suggest that your construction can add a safety fence around it, so that pedestrians will not accidentally fall into the construction site and get hurt. Furthermore, you may consider rescheduling the construction work to 3 pm to 5 pm, so that all the classes have ended and you still have ample daytime to finish the work.

Now a days travelling is the main part in everyone’s life. In today’s modern era the airlines are being used mostly. So, i think that airport should be built near the downtown. There are many reasons behind this. First and the main reason is that whenever the visitor’s arrived at the airport there should be an easy transport services over there to go at their destinations. Other than this there are lot of people over there who can help the visitor’s if they need because sometimes the visitor is new and he don’t know about that place.

Moreover, if the airport should be built in the downtown area than the visitor’s can visit that place too and they came to know about the history of that particular city. Some of the visitors specially visit to see the different places then it would be the plus point for them because their is no need to travel from the city

. In the end i would again like to say that the airport should be built in the downtown area. So, that the city could be explored in the better way.

Dear City Council,

I stand by the option of building the airport away from the downtown core. I believe is more reasonable.

Firstly, building properties in the city core is expensive. A gigantic space such as an airport could cost millions of taxpayers’ money. Also, building an airport could reduce the usage of other commercial properties such as shopping centers, schools, or residential buildings. I believe the commercial properties could generate more money and get better usage of the downtown space.

Moreover, an airport will produce a lot of noise pollution. It will greatly affect the daily lives of the residences and the efficiency of works for the people work downtown. I work in an office in the financial district downtown, and I can only focus on work with minimal noise. If I can hear planes taking off every ten minutes, my work efficiency will be definitely reduced.

Considering the high density of our city core, the space should be used wisely and more efficiently. That’s why I think the new airport should be constructed in a further distance from the downtown area.

In my opinion, though a downtown airport sounds convenient due to proximity, it is not the better option. Taking into consideration the shear amount of space required for an airport, and supporting buildings, like parking, food catering centers, airline offices among others, there is not enough space in downtown.

Additionally, if the airport is outside the city limit the traffic pattern in the city won’t be impacted, as there can be highway exits built specifically for airport commuters, which will avoid traffic jams for regular commuters. Also, there can be airport parking lots built out, which will be a more economical option for travelers compared to the expensive downtown parking prices.

Moreover, an airport in downtown would mean increased noise pollution, since jets landing and taking off is not a quite business. The roar of planes, will be a nuisance for all the residents of downtown apartments

. Finally, though flying has become a much safer activity, jumbo jets skidding off runways is still a common occurrence. So taking into consideration public safety and convenience, I strongly recommend constructing the airport well outside the city limits.
