I am delighted to participate in the upcoming computer course at Sambro college, and I am writing this email to inform you that I will need a room starting two weeks from now, on Monday morning, for six months. If I calculate more precisely, I will be there on Monday next week and staying until January 2025.

Indeed, I will not be staying alone, and my parents will accompany me. Therefore, I kindly request a room with three beds. Furthermore, it would be helpful to have a large desk and a bookshelf with two or three shelves. The college website has announced a numerous number of required books and I don’t think I can keep the room organized without shelves. Do your rooms have a separate closet and a washing machine? I think it is a good idea to work from home in comparison to the office. Meanwhile, workplace allows employees to interact with their co-workers and they can learn a number of things in teamwork.

Firstly if we look the side work from home. It will help to develop healthy family relation like an employee that is able to spend large amount of time with their loved ones and enjoy gathering with them. Consequently it will increase the productivity and the problem-solving ability of the worker. Secondly, labourer can do their duties according to their own sitting and standing arrangements how they feel comfortable. Even the company expense will be decreased by it because most of the infrastructure will be used by employees of their own. For example, Xplornet provides a option for work at home and they set up the instrument for them and the electricity chargers would be paid by the worker.

Considering these reasons, our company would have a huge profit from this action and company can expand its horizon with this money. While employees will certainly have a great time with their kids in relax environment where nobody would be coming to say them follow this rule and you should wear this uniform.

I would like to say to apply the work-from-home option because it has more advantages and can act positive in the way of company development.

At first, when the manager lets some workers stay home and work remotely, especially whose jobs are not distracted by where they are, the office can easily improve and face a faster progress. For example, my cousin’s workshop has had many clients from the time they decided to separate the duty in groups according the works. So I amtotally agree with dividing the jobs into telecommuting and working from the company.

On the other hand, if the human resources in the office try to apply the same strategy from the beginning of the application, workers and employees cannot complain about the change. Besides,they are aware of the recruitment time and stay adapt to the system automatically. So, I don’t think it is not fair for the office protocols.

Because of these reasons, I would recommend to have this strategy as it will help us so much. Anyway, I am so pleased that you have request to know the worker’s preferences! Thanks for giving the chance for me to share my opinion.

I thinktelecommuting is not a fair choice, even for employees whose responsibilities do not depend on the location due to some reasons! First of all, when considering a group as a company, I believe you had better stay together to keep in physical contact with others, including colleagues and the head management. If some individuals are allowed to work from home, they might not sense teamwork like when they are in one location for hours. More importantly, this decision creates a negative attitude in other workers’ minds and works against the team’s progress! So it is not too fair! On the other hand, leaving a group at home and a group in the office according to their assigned careers seems unfair, because the management releases an excuse among other people who are always at the workplace in this way. For instance, why should he be working from home and have the same salary as me?! Or, the chief hasn’t valued me although I am a hardworking person in the office , and …

In the end, what I think is logical is a clear rule for all workers to be available in the place, not letting small things ruin the discipline.
