I’m writing this email to tell you I am not able to repay my instalment this month because of some reasons. Actually the number is 100000 dollars I borrowed from you in April 2024 and according to the bank document, the pay schedule is 1100 dollars per month. But I am sorry I can’t pay it this month. About this number, I borrow the money to buy house. In fact I prepare half of the money and I get 100,000$ loan to complete the payment of the house and buy it. So I have got this money because of mortgage.

Let me tell you why I will not able to pay this month’s money back. Actually, one of my family member had an accident and is in the hospital now. But the problem is the huge amount of money the doctor wants and if I pay you this instalment I won’t be able to pay for operation unfortunately. But I will get some money from selling the car and I can repay the mortgage back next month. I calculated it that is enough to pay each. I hope you accept the apologise and let me to pay both next month.

I am writing this quick email to tell you that I cannot pay this month’s debt and I hope you accept my apology.

To be honest, according to the available documents, the amount of money I borrowed from your bank is 200000 dollars, and you divided it for 20 months, 10,000 dollars per month. I must say, I really appreciate that you did not apply interest to this loan.

Actually, I borrowed this amount to buy a small house in the countryside. Besides, I spent part of it for beginning a huge career for the family.

Let me explain the reason, Yesterday morning, my elderly retired father had a terrible accident and his condition is very bad. He needs surgery now. So, I need this money to send him abroad for the operation. Although it is not enough, but it is better than nothing. But, be assured that I will repay my debt next week, 20,000 dollars in total. I will get money by by selling my car, and that will cover this missing payment

Dear Mr.Stam

I am writing to apologize for not being able to repay this month’s loan installment. Let me explain the details, I received a loan of 350,000 dollars from your bank in January 2024 and one of the bank clerks confirmed that my monthly payment is approximately 7,550 dollars.

As I noted down on the loan documents, I borrowed this amount of money with the purpose of establishing my business of wallpaper production. According to my documents, half of the project would certainly be funded by the loan.

Unfortunately, my mother had a serious car accident and a foreign surgeon has accepted the operation for the end of the week. So, we urgently need the money for the surgery. However, I promise to include it with next month’s amount, as I plan to sell my car to cover it.

Personally, I think it is a better thing for the office to spend the money for 5 more parking spaces for the workers. Because I am sure it brings more advantages for us in the office because of several reasons.

Firstly because many employees come to the office with private cars, it is think that almost 10 percent of workers park in front of office. So if the management pay money to build 5 more parking spaces, I think it is enough because the percentage is able to park in the underground garage instead of parking outdoors.But bike is not common for employees to ride to work at least in our office and we don’t need it at all.

On the other hand, even one day people have more common ride bikes to work than cars and other vehicles, bikes are small and they are able to park them next to the cars. So generally in that condition again I think we can handling the problem. For instance, our centre branch in the downtown has done this and it is so great for the future they are all satisfied with it.

So, considering these reasons I believe it is better to have more parking spaces in th office to bike stands. Thanks for giving me chance to talk about my idea in this survey

I would like to recommend the option B, expanding 30 bike stands, as this seems to be better and suitable for all people. Although the other choice is also great, I would provide a couple of reasons logically about this.

At first, the office already has car parking space for worker. However, the employees are able to park their bikes randomly where they like because they are small. For example, this morning I couldn’t find any parking lots for my car since other people were parking their bikes and occupied the spaces. Also, this action can encourage the employees riding bikes more than cars and it is perfect for the environment and traffic jams near the workplace. As you know, every time especially in the afternoons we stay in heavy traffic for more than two or three hours and this is very tiring for all of the workers after leaving their jobs.

Anyway, so, I believe according to these mentioned reasons, having as many bike stands as possible can have more benefits for everybody who works there.

Thank you for letting me to share my opinion as a member of the company and I hope you decide the best idea for us in the future.

From my point of view, it would be certainly more appropriate to spend the money on upgrading the parking lot with 5 more spaces. Although having bike stands is healthier, I think what I have preferred would result in more advantages according to some reasons.

To begin, if the manager dedicates the budget to the bike stands, it will be a waste of time and money since no one as I know in the office commutes to work by bike! On the contrary, expanding the parking area for even one vehicle will relieve the employees and hinder them from worrying too much about the weather and its effects on their favourite cars. So things will go well.

Moreover, I think convincing the workers to commute healthily by planning this project is illogical. Because a bike generally does not need a definite place and the personnel can ride to work whenever they like without being nervous about its stand. But, improving the parking lot means reducing debates over the slots!

Considering these reasons, I believe upgrading 5 more car parking spaces with surplus funds is better than creating 30 bike stands.

Again, this is my personal opinion and I will support whatever decision is made in the future.
