Dear manager,

The company doesn’t have recycling bins and I’m upset because it is aproblem for everyone. We can not easily separate the recyclable and typical trash. Actually this problem can effect the environment and gives bad picture of workplace to people. For example, now in cafeteria we can’t recycle the trash like juice boxes because we don’t have a program in company for this.

I liked to suggest a plan and a useful point about this matter. I think it is good idea to give recycling classes to employees to explain how it works. Also you can add some bins around the workplace to push workers separating wastes carefully. So the this condition will prevent destroying the nature and work too.

So I want to say I’m ready to start a campaign in office to improve precesses about recycle. Also I want to help you the manager and all employees with this. By the way I can also open a public page to share idea in the group about the way of recycle it. Thank you for the considerations.

Personally, I would like to have free public transit pass for one year. Even Though, underground parking pass does sounds a great idea, but I believe the first option has more benefits for employees according some reasons.

First the transit pass can use in the weekends. It is good for workers save their money. For example yesterday I had to go to the mall, 4 stops away from my place and I had to stand in the queue to buy tickets than look for the changes. It would have been much easier if I had the transit pass for free. On the other hand, as you know more workers are commuting to work by transit pass and it doesn’t make sense if the company provide them free parking pass for the cars. And by the way I don’t think we have that many parking spots underground our office building. So they might have to walk anyway. But transit pass drops them directly in front the company.

Considering these reasons, I assume It is better giving transit pass for workers office. Again these are my personal opinion and I support what makes at the end.

Generally, from my point of view the company should give us the gift of one-year transit pass for free because it can bring about many advantages for the people than the other choice. Although some employees might prefer the parking spaces underground, they are going to be affected by my answer after I explained the logical reasons.

At first, as everyone in the office knows, we don’t have enough money to always commute the workplace everyday with this expensive fares. And many people travel to work like me by subways and other public transportation according to the statistics. So it is much better to have free transit pass for one year.

On the other hand, I strongly believe that it is not a good idea to focus on having parking slots for our cars underground for free because the building itself already owns some space and I think it doesn’t seem that much spacious to let all vehicles to inside easily.

Considering the mentioned reasons, I reckon it is better to offer a free transit pass for the anniversary from the manager.

Personally, I believe being offered free annual public transit passes from the company management is more suitable than having free underground parking passes for all employees. To be honest, what workers really need nowadays is a free transit pass than the other choice, considering a couple of reasons.

To begin with, regarding the matter of finance and the difficult economy of the country, the employees often take public transportation for their outdoor purposes! Therefore, in this age of communication, it is highly appreciated to own free public transit passes to travel more comfortably.

Furthermore, when noticing the available parking chamber, I believe the office building cannot provide us as many slots as possible for all workers during work hours! Writing about this issue, I recently walked through the underground parking area and noticed the small capacity, which cannot fit all vehicles.

So, considering these mentioned reasons, I am sure that gaining free public transit passes is a much better option than getting free parking gifts. Again, this is my personal opinion and I will definitely support whatever decision is made.
