Revised Celpip 4 - 5 response I would like to change the office from the paper-base condition to paperless because of some reasons. Actually I know that the whole company is affected by it but they can adjust to it after a while. Firstly as you know company is spending so so much money for printers, but they cannot fixed because they are old and the fix process is impossible. So it is waste money and time as well. For example I remember last month we spent 100000 dollars useless. However this can be used for other need because we can already use the computer records save the document. Secondly it is very harmful for the area and making the workplace so dirty and bad-look. Imagine everyday the workers and printing team are wasting many papers for printing. And at end they might like not them and put them away. So it is very dangerous and bad for the view of our place. Furthermore when we deleting the printers from our office it is consider a big change in internationally and we can be the first companies that did this change around the area or even the world. So because of these reasons I believe it is great to have paperless company from much point. Again this is my opinion and I will support the final decision.
Revised Celpip 7 - 8 response Personally I think it is a better opinion to continue the office works without any printer anymore because of several reasons that I am going to explain in the following sentence. At first, because management spends so much money for repairing the old versions of printer in office, it is recommended to forget about using them and replace them with the available technology of computer applications. For example last month the company spent around 10000 dollars for repair the chipsets of the printer but again it still didn’t work properly. On the other hand, when we utilise papers in the workplace, we don’t know about the certain disadvantage we cause for the nature and our place. As you understand we always have many waste papers in the bins for nothing. However, we can reduce it and think more positive about the atmosphere and nature. Because the amount papers we use and throw away every week is not a small number, so we have to be careful. Therefore because of these reasons I think it is more effective to have paperless office now. Again, this was my opinion and I am always with you to support hatever result is made in the company by the head manager.
Revised Celpip 10- 12 response In my opinion, I prefer having a paper-free office with no printers due to numerous reasons. Honestly, although an office without a printer appears to be entirely unconventional, its benefits outweigh the negatives for several logical reasons. To begin, this innovative theme is definitely against the rise in everyday garbage. Millions of tons of paper are wasted constantly with the aim of draft making and printing. Therefore, through this practical strategy, the staff are encouraged to utilise computer applications and no longer rely on printers. On the other hand, economically thinking, this method is able to save money budgets for the company. For instance, with no printers, there is no need to purchase cartridges, paper and other printer-related devices. Thus, after approximately a decade, the company will notice the financial benefits. Considering the mentioned reasons, while the employees may initially find it cumbersome to get adjusted to a paperless office, in the long run they will certainly acknowledge the simplicity of the access to records on desktops rather than paper -based issues. Again, this is my personal opinion and naturally I will support whatever decision is made.
