I am writing this as a formal complaint in regard to some discrepancies that I have come across in my last order (Order no. 100V56TPB).

Last week, I had ordered a pair of long black boots from your website on 29th of December. I had ordered the product as a gift for someone for a special occasion. However, to my surprise the item I received on 5th of January was not as depicted on your website.

First of all, I was sent an item of a different colour. I had specifically ordered black shoes but was sent the same in tan colour. Moreover, the shoes were not even as per the size that I had chosen. According to the size chart given on your website, I was supposed to receive a UK size 40 but I received a size 39. I was utterly disappointed as I have been shopping from this site for years and I have never come across such a problem.

Nevertheless, I tried to place an exchange request right after I received the product but the pair that I wanted went out of stock. I tried contacting the customer care but was met with nothing but rudeness. I have not been able to place a return request even after trying for almost three weeks.

It is rather upsetting to be met with such an attitude. I paid for the order via cash on delivery. All I want is that you refund the money I paid for the shoes and take back the product. I shall think twice before ordering from your site again.

It makes me very happy that our school is considering teachers’ opinion in deciding the theme of the annual day celebrations. I must say that both the options are very attractive. Although organizing a cultural fest is indeed a good idea, our children would benefit the most from a sports meet.

The first reason for my choice is that if we decide to organize a cultural fest there is a risk that some students might feel left out. I do not think it would be possible to come up with an all-inclusive function since our student population is really diverse and children from all walks of life come and attend our school.

On the other hand, the sports meet would be a very entertaining way to get all the students and the staff together. I would particularly be looking forward to the sack race. Due to our hectic schedules, many of we are not physically active, so a sports meet would even provide us teachers with that opportunity, besides lightening the atmosphere and making school events a less stressful experience for children. Apart from this, the health drive would also benefit us all greatly as most people are not aware of all the potential threats of unhealthy lifestyles towards their health.

Let’s have a little fun and give our students a chance to take their health a bit more seriously!
