Dear Mr. Adam, Greetings! I hope you are doing well. I was really glad to hear that the company is asking its old employees for their feedback. It shows how much value the human resource is given, both existing and former. It goes without saying that if I didn’t have to move to Australia with my family, I would have never left the job. It was a very memorable experience working under you for 3 years and I forsure have gained a lot of knowledge from this company. Talking about the strengths, I feel that the company is flourishing majorly due to its inclusive and healthy work culture wherein all the employees feellike they belong to the team and are valued members of it. Besides this, the job security being provided to the employees takes some stress off of their minds, enabling them to concentrate better on their work. As far as the suggestions for any requisite improvements are concerned, even though I feel like not much needs to be improved, the management could do better in regard to providing the employees some freedom in their jobs and acknowledging their efforts. Additionally, working in such a big company comes with a lot of stress, so provision of recreational facilities could boost employee morale and efficiency. Rest everything is great. Regards, Simon Jones
I would really like to thank the management that they are thinking outside the box and trying to help us by the providing us access to the training program. Both the options appear to be quite interesting. However, if I have to choose one, I would be inclined towards the communication skills training. Although decision making is a crucial skill for an employee’s overall development, I think my colleagues would agree that we need to tackle any communication problems that we are facing in the company at the moment. Effective and efficient communication is the foundation on which a company’s stability and smooth functioning rests. Moreover, the activities included in the training seem quite entertaining. The ice-breaker game for instance, would be a very fun way to get to know the whole team. Introverts like myself, find it difficult to get our message across at times and this activity could help easing everyone into communicating. Besides, body language is one of the most important, yet underrated forms of communication. Gaining an understanding of body language could help in maintaining appropriate body language and perceiving other people’s gestures in a more accurate manner. Word chain game is not only a fun game, but also a way to analyze where the team is lacking in terms of communication.I feel it would be best to focus on communication in this training and save decision making for the next time.
