To whomsoever it may concern, I am writing this letter to express my discontent with the internet connection provided by your company in our area. It has been more than a week since we have been facing the problem of disruptive internet connection and it is causing us a lot of trouble. Your company guaranteed us an uninterrupted internet connection. However, in our case it doesn’t seem to fit in. For me, it has become a real challenge since I’m a freelancer and work from home. Moreover, the poor signal or connectivity affected the calls I have made, over the internet, to my clients. I couldn’t make the payments or do anything online. All in all, my entire work flow is disrupted because of your company’s poor internet services. I expect that the situation be dealt with without any further delay. I would appreciate if you could send your representative to fix it. Kindly take all the necessary measures to resolve the issue at the earliest. I am looking forward to your speedy response. Sincerely, Joey
I would prefer in-person shopping since I am a shopaholic and I love shopping at actual stores to purchase good stuff. If you ask me, in-person shopping is simply the most trustworthy shopping channel. That way I know what I’m buying when I’m buying it. I can touch, feel, and see the product well before buying it. Though online shopping can be more convenient, shipping fees do some serious damage to the total cost. For example, I had to purchase a skirt online because the one I needed was not available in any store. A $60 pair of skirt turned into $120. All those who earn know if you can save a dollar, you should. If a physical store had that skirt, I could have saved money. Usually when I wish to purchase something, I need it at that exact moment and not two to four business days after. With in-person shopping, I can get the items I need at once and be out within a few minutes. With in-store purchases, I know what I am getting. I can try it out and make sure that it is what I want. I can’t be completely sure about that when I am shopping online. If it isn’t the correct item or something is wrong with it, you have to go through the hassle of returning it. So even though online shopping would provide delivery and a supply of items that aren’t available in stores, it just isn’t worth the extra money, as well as the waiting time for the item to be delivered. In-person shopping is the way to go.
Company Survey A company is planning to introduce a new clothing line in your area. To know the shopping preferences of the residents, it is conducting an online opinion survey to know their viewpoints about shopping online and in-person shopping from a physical store.
