It has been a couple of weeks now, but the tenants that reside right next to my apartment are a bunch of spoiled teenagers who don’t understand the ethics and don’t possess the manners of living in a family building.Every night after 1 am, they decide to hold frat parties in their apartment, where almost a dozen of teens come and go frequently, play loud music, and scream, and these are just a part of the noise issues they are causing. I have tried to talk with them and even after giving them several warnings, they refuse to mend their ways. But I don’t want to take the matters so far since we are neighbours. So I would like you to intervene.

  Since I live with my family my children experience problems whilst sleeping in the night and that is highly unbearable. I suggest you address the teenagers on your own before I take extreme measure myself. If they still don’t list, please send them a legal notice to vacate the place.

I strongly believe that our company should be involved in the social CSR initiatives which will involve holding charities and donations and accumulating financial resources for education and healthcare.

The social activities are definitely a welcoming step. Firstly, these would be in sync with the value system of the organization which aims at creating a better community. Also, the company would benefit as better corporate image and goodwill will be established in the market. Secondly, the employees will also get an opportunity to volunteer and bea part of philanthropy. Thirdly, health care services and quality education are still out of reach for many communities; this step will touch the lives of many people in a positive way. Hence, this would benefit all the stakeholders.

On the contrary, the environmental initiatives, if opted for, will be limited in their scope as its benefits will fall only for the company and not the whole community. Even, last year too such initiatives weretaken and progress is still ongoing.

  Thus it makes more sense that we as a team mobilize more funds for the welfare of the society and provide them with the opportunity to educate the children and get best of the medical facilities.
