Dear Sir, As you know I took some personal days off last week. During that time I happened to attend a very informative seminar on team building. The harbinger of revolutionary management ideals, Mr. Jason Sloan the CEO of Hector and Spencer, was one of the speakers at that seminar. Apart from talking about various ways in which he manages in-house disputes at work and maintains his company’s top position, he also talked about various team-building activities he practises to maintain a tight-knit team. I think it would be very beneficial for us if we organized such a seminar in our premises as well. I am sure you must have noticed that from the last few quarters the targets are not being met and the morale of our team needs to be boosted. I feel there is a lot of sectional dispute within the organization, so it would be good to arrange such a seminar to strengthen the internal network. After the seminar, I spoke with the main speaker and he has agreed to be a part of the seminar. Since it is an executive decision, I feel it would be more appropriate if you contacted him. I would be more than happy to make the rest of the arrangements such as sending out the official invite to all the employees and getting the conference room ready for the seminar. Well, I am very pleased that we all agreed in the last meeting to do something about that vacant piece of land in our society. It indeed is an eye sore and hampers the overall ambience of the locality. Both the provided options are quite attractive. Being a mother who constantly worries about her daughter running out of the society gate while playing, having a club house would certainly provide some relief. However, I think the park would be a much better choice. As far as I know my baby girl and children in general, I think they would prefer having an open place to run around in rather than an enclosed area. Not only the kids but also the adults and especially the senior citizens would benefit from this. A park would provide us all some much needed fresh air. Everyone can enjoy sitting on the benches and taking in the fragrance and beauty of the greenery. I think the flower plants would be the cherry on the cake. Besides this, the light weight gym equipment would be beneficial for us adults as we do not get to exercise due to the lack of free time. If all this isn’t enough, it is more economical than the club house, so it seems more logical as well.
