I am Robert Tsitz and I would gladly say that I’m a die-hard fan of your show ’Social’. I know this show has been on air for about a year and a half, but I came across it only recently when I visited my aunt who I think is also a great fan. Since she introduced me to this show, I have been binge-watching all the episodes and I must tip my hat to all the people involved in this show.It is one of the most inspiring shows that I have ever seen. The sheer grace and respect with which your show has managed to tackle and portray the most gut-wrenching of social issues is amazing. To begin with, you are the face of the show and you are nothing like what the audience is used to seeing. You are such a chivalrous man. The sensitivity with which you speak to the guests is remarkable. Besides this, the format of the show acts like a pleasant escape from all the daily soap drama, that we the audience is accustomed to. I personally liked the latest episode the most. Though the story of the acid attack survivor was spine-chilling, it was inspirational at the same time. It was astonishing to see how she was able to find the strength to go through all that and still keep on smiling.All in all, this show is perfect as it is and does not need any changes. However, I do have one suggestion and I think I am speaking on behalf of all your fans when I say this, it should be aired more than twice a week.Regards,Robert Tsitz
It is great to know that the top management is taking the suggestions of the employees into consideration. Provision of healthcare has been long overdue and I am happy it is finally being taken up seriously. I think both the options would be beneficial in their own ways. With an in-house facility, emergency medical situations could be easily tackled, while with a tie-up, consultation from highly-trained professionals would be accessible for everyone. I feel that a tie-up would be a more apt choice. The reason being is that ours is not an industrial unit or a factory where hazards or accidents are bound to occur, so an in-house medical facility would be bit much. I think maintaining a first aid stock would be appropriate. Moreover, an in-house medical facility would require a medical staff. It would be a waste of resources. I feel we should look at the bigger picture and go for a tie-up with a networked hospital. Nowadays even the consultations charges are too high, so provision of cover for checkups and consultations would be a relief for the employees. Apart from this, since treatment of serious illnesses or injuries is exorbitantly priced, some reduction in their costs would come in handy.

However, there is another proposal that the empty conference room should be utilized to set up an in-house medical facility.
